PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a measurement instrument that increases the degrees of freedom of an attached arm piece, while reducing the weight, and suppresses the deformation of the attached arm piece. SOLUTION: The measurement instrument includes a lower case 12, made of a synthetic resin for storing an indicating instrument D; an upper case 11 made of synthetic resin having a perspective see-through plate (see-through panel member) that is arranged in the front opening of the lower case 12 and covers the indicating instrument 2 in a sealed state; and the attached arm piece 120 disposed and projected integrally, from at least one case of the lower case 12 and upper case 12. The cross section of the attached arm piece 120 includes a reinforcing section 124 having a continuous rectangular shape formed of an erecting wall 122 and a horizontal wall 123.
