The present invention relates to an LED lighting device having a block assembly structure, which not only can be designed such that diverse light-distribution characteristics can be obtained but is also easy to produce. The present invention comprises: a housing plate in the form of a polygonal sheet; and a plurality of light-source blocks which constitute a tubular shape when the respective upper edge parts are joined in a detachable fashion to the respective side surfaces of the polygonal shape of the housing plate, and in which a plurality of LED modules mounted on the inner surfaces are provided positioned such that light is distributed at different irradiation angles in accordance with a predetermined light-distribution curve, and of which at least some are provided oriented in a direction offset from the central axis of the housing.
