PURPOSE: A system and a method for stabilizing an image are provided to output an image which is strong to the shaking of a camera. CONSTITUTION: At least one sample patch is sampled from a first input image(S110). A sample patch which satisfies a model patch condition among the sample patch is selected as a model patch(S120). A displacement correction information and an angle correction information is obtained based on the location change of a model patch among the second input image(S130). An image which reflects the displacement correction information and the angle correction information is outputted(S140).
