HORIZONTAL SCREW TYPE CONTINUOS FIXING DEVICE FOR CARBON DIOXIDE

PURPOSE: A horizontal screw type apparatus for continuously stabilizing carbon dioxide is provided to reduce the discharge of carbon dioxide and save resources by recycling incinerated bottom ash with stabilized carbon dioxide as constructional materials. CONSTITUTION: Municipal solid wastes are pulverized and sifted to obtain fine powder. The particle size of the fine powder is 150um or less. Distilled water is introduced into the fine powder to be in a slurry state. The slurry is supplied through the hope of a horizontal carbonating unit equipped with a horizontal screw. The slurry is transferred from one side to opposite side of the carbonating unit. The slurry is reacted with carbon dioxide sprayed from sidewall of the carbonating unit, and a carbonating reaction is implemented. The carbon dioxide is combined with the slurry in a calcium carbonate shape.
