PURPOSE: A device for enabling a reinforcing member to be easily installed in a ship structure is provided to ensure quality of a product and reduce a material cost, working hours and a labor cost, since there is no need for an installation piece and a wedge. CONSTITUTION: A device for enabling a reinforcing member to be easily installed in a ship structure comprises a body(1), a guide panel(2), a rotating arm(3) and a hydraulic cylinder(4). The body comprises two pairs of supports, which are arranged at a regular interval. The guide panel comprises two pairs of support grooves, on which the body and the supports are slidably assembled. The rotating arm is fixed to the supports by a hinge structure and rotates when the hydraulic cylinder expands. A wedge structure and a support having a slope capable of performing the function of the rotating arm are combined and the power of the hydraulic cylinder are divided into two parts, thus each part of a reinforcing is simultaneously aligned.
