PURPOSE: A rotation prevention device of a rotation chair is provided to prevent an injury due to the rotation of a seat. CONSTITUTION: A rotation prevention device of a rotation chair comprises a protrusion, a post, a bearing, a step, a fixed ring, and a guide protrusion. The protrusion is formed in the bottom circumference of a shaft. The post(3) is formed in a hollow shaft form. A bearing is installed in order to rotate the shaft(6). The step comes in contact with the upper end of the guide member. The fixed ring is hung on the bottom of the guide member. The guide protrusion is formed in the inner circumference of the guide member.
