PURPOSE: A system for calling in a radius is provided to perform call request to a mobile terminal subscribed to a system for calling in radius within the predetermined radius from a mobile terminal subscribed in the system for calling in the radius. CONSTITUTION: An application transmitting unit(410) transmits application information to a plurality of mobile terminals. A radius information receiving unit(450) receives call radius information of an originator mobile terminal. A location information receiving unit(440) receives location information of a mobile terminal of the subscribed user. A member search unit(460) searches a member according to the call radius information. A in-radius call unit(480) transmits a call signal to all member in the call radius or a plurality of unspecified received mobile terminals.
