PAVEMENT BLOCK FOR VISUAL IMPAIRMENT PERSON

PURPOSE: A sidewalk block for a person who is visually handicapped is provided to enable a person who is visually handicapped to recognize a dangerous area regardless of the shape of shoes or the height of heels. CONSTITUTION: A sidewalk block(100) for a person who is visually handicapped comprises a housing(110), a piezoelectric plate(120), a treat plate(130), a vibrating motor(140), a power source unit(150), and a switch(160). The housing has a support surface. The piezoelectric plate is arranged on the support surface. The treat plate is arranged on the piezoelectric plate and is supported by the housing. The vibrating motor is coupled to the treat plate and vibrates the treat plate. The power source unit is electrically connected to the piezoelectric plate and supplies power to the vibrating motor. The switch is arranged under the support surface of the housing and controls the power supplied to the vibrating motor.
