摘要 An air-exchange device for buildings, designed to be installed between an internal environment and an external environment, comprising: - a casing (12) having a substantially flattened parallelepipedal shape; - a heat exchanger (24) housed inside said casing (12); and - a first fan (44) and a second fan (46), which have respective intake and delivery sections and are arranged for generating, respectively, a first airflow (F1) directed from the inside to the outside and a second airflow (F2) directed from the outside to the inside, where the first and second airflows (F1, F2) are in a relationship of mutual heat exchange in said heat exchanger (24), wherein: - the heat exchanger (24) separates from one another a first casing section (40) set in which is said first fan (44) and a second casing section (42) set in which is said second fan (46); - said first casing section (40) comprises a first chamber (78) communicating with a first inlet (30) of the heat exchanger (24) and with an external inlet opening (58), a second chamber (80) communicating with a first outlet (32) of the heat exchanger (24) and with the intake section of the first fan (44), and a third chamber (82) communicating with the delivery section of the first fan (44) and with an external outlet opening (60); - said second casing section (42) comprises a fourth chamber (86) communicating with a second inlet (34) of the heat exchanger (24) and with an internal inlet opening (62), a fifth chamber (88) communicating with a second outlet (36) of the heat exchanger (24) and with the intake section of the second fan (46), and a sixth chamber (90) communicating with the delivery section of the second fan (46) and with an internal outlet opening (64); and - the first casing section (40) and the second casing section (42) comprise, respectively, a first partition wall (70) and a second partition wall (72), which are provided with respective openings (84, 92) that set said second chamber (80) and said fifth chamber (88) in communication with the respective intake sections of the first fan (44) and of the second fan (46).
