Disclosed is a solar cell module (1) consisting of a plurality of solar cell arrays (11). Each solar cell array (11) comprises a plurality of spherical semiconductor elements (20) in a row, at least a pair of bypass diodes (40), and a pair of lead members (14) for connecting the plurality of spherical semiconductor elements (20) in parallel with the plurality of bypass diodes (40). Each lead member (14) includes one or a plurality of lead strings (15) electrically connected with the plurality of spherical semiconductor elements (20) and having a width not wider than the radius of the spherical semiconductor elements (20), and a plurality of lead pieces (16) formed at at least the opposite ends of the lead member (14) integrally with the lead strings (15) in such a manner that the bypass diode (40) is electrically connected with the spherical semiconductor element reversely and having a width not narrower than the width of the bypass diodes (40). |
