A system for control of heating module operation that is connected with pipelines to plate heat exchanger of system of hot water supply of a house, it includes an electronic block that is arranged with possibility of control of simultaneous or gradual switch on/off of separate heating elements of the heating module depending on difference of set and current flow rate through plate heat exchanger and rate of change of the difference and control of support of given value at inlet from heat exchanger.
