FIELD: physics. ^ SUBSTANCE: archives data are used to study area of interest. Data base is formed to include data on bottom relief, stationary hydrodynamic processes, state of natural environment and technogenic structures, characteristics of geophysical fields, as well as data of remote aerospace sounding. Diagnostics module is carried to said area of interest. Several capsules with appropriate measuring hardware is separated from said module. In descent and after surfacing, radio probes are used to measure ambient parameters. Additionally, ionising, electromagnetic, acoustic, and spin-proton sounding of water is carried out. Data is transmitted to data collection stations. Abnormal signal fluctuations are at background levels of natural medium are isolated. Stationary and dynamic processes are analysed. Abnormal regions are isolated. Forecast of abnormal process development is used to estimate risks affecting economic activities. Degree of risk is estimated using method of expert appraisals expressed in ranging. ^ EFFECT: higher validity. |
