The invention relates to instrument making, in particular to surface acoustic wave devices with adjustable frequency and can be used in radioelectronic, machinery building and other industries. A method for adjustable frequency of surface acoustic wave devices consists in the following: in surface acoustic wave device comprising an audio line built of monocrystal and a dielectric plate with two ZSHP, frequency tuning range is substantially extended basing on angular dependence of surface acoustic waves propagation velocity in a monocrystal audio line and changing of the main elements relative position (turn) . The technical result is extension of tuning range. |
