PROCESS FOR THE PREPARATION OF CARBON NANOMATERIALS (VARIANTS)

A process for the preparation of carbon nanomaterials by exposure of gas hydrocarbon material to action of plasma generated with the help of electric alternating-current arc formed by connection of alternating current source to electrodes is carried out at the absence of oxygen or in the presence of small amount of oxygen. Gas hydrocarbon material is delivered to interelectrode gap, alternating current of frequency to 100 khz is used, and pulse-periodic arc with various forms of pulses is formed, nonequilibrium plasma or at least two arcs of alternating or pulse-periodic current is formed for volume action on hydrocarbon material.
