PURPOSE: A test control device and method thereof are provided to generate a driving sequence based on an operation condition and to perform the driving test of a control point. CONSTITUTION: A storing unit(152) stores information for a control point of a facility. The storing unit stores a basic sequence about the control point. An input unit(151) selects the control point. The input unit inputs an operation condition about the basic sequence. A control unit(153) generates a test driving sequence.
