PURPOSE: A slim heater is provided to ensure excellent heat efficiency and space use efficiency by employing a flat heating plate. CONSTITUTION: A slim heater comprises a flat heating plate(20) which is installed in a housing(10), an insulating plate(30) which is arranged behind the flat heating plate to cover the back and sides of the housing, a temperature controller which is arranged on a side of the housing to control the temperature of the flat heating plate, a wall mount unit(60) which is installed on the backside of the housing, and a shield net(50) which is installed on the front side of the housing to prevent the contact of external matters to the heating plate while passing the heat of the heating plate.
