PURPOSE: A character input apparatus is provided to enable a user to rapidly input foreign character and reduce the number of inputting times. CONSTITUTION: A master button part(100) comprises master buttons in which a foreign language characters are allocated. A slave button part(200) comprises slave buttons in which a plurality of foreign language characters are allocated. English characters are allocated on the master button part and the slave button part. A shift button which converts the English letter input mode between a capital letter and a small letter.
