MAKING METHOD OF RED GINSENG SALT LAVER

PURPOSE: A producing method of laver with red ginseng salt is provided to offer the anticancer activity, the aging prevention effect, and the immunity of the laver. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of laver with red ginseng salt comprises the following steps: removing a salting process for producing conventional dried laver(1), and roasting the laver; and sprinkling the red ginseng salt instead of regular salt. The red ginseng salt contains salt particles covered with fine red-ginseng powder. The laver with the red-ginseng powder offers massive amount of vitamins and minerals.
