FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medicine. Method can be used for sewing tubular implant, which has straight section mainly with parallel walls and, at least, one conical section with conical walls. For method realisation sewing device is claimed. Device is able to sew wire or other constructions to the surface of tubular implant for formation of tubular devices, for instance, transplants-stents. Device has bobbin, which can be placed in shuttle. Bobbin moves lower thread through opening of tubular transplant and forms suture in combination with upper thread. Upper thread is moved by needle, puncturing transplant wall. ^ EFFECT: increase of method productivity, improvement of implant quality and reduction of its cost. ^ 19 cl, 5 dwg |
