PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a matte feel from being deteriorated by using a method for injection molding and simultaneous laminated decorating or the like when a decorative sheet is laminated on an adherend through utilizing thermal pressure. SOLUTION: This decoratite sheet is of such a construction that a pictorial pattern printing layer 4 is formed on the back Pr side of a base sheet 3 made up of a transparent thermoplastic resin 1 containing a delustering agent 2 of a transparent light diffusing particle, the surface Pf side of the base sheet 3 showing a matte surface (f) which is rough because of the protrusion of the delustering agent 2 so that it diffuses light and the back Pr side showing a smooth surface because of the non-protrusion of the agent 2. |
