A method for vascular imaging of the retina comprises the transscleral illumination of the fundus through the eyelid skin and sclera radiation in the visible wavelength range, the dynamic visualization of the vessels of the retina in real time. The dynamic lighting is performed using LED emitters incoherent in the region (500-590 nm), radiation of which falls within the absorption bands of blood (542 nm and 577 nm). In this spectral region vessels of the retina have better visualization regardless of the transparency of the optical media of the eye and the width of the pupil. |
