A method for determination of essential oil content in plant raw material, wherein to the increased volume of Clevenger head receiver the solvent is added, into the layer of which the distillate is flowing and miscella is formed, the distillation water with components of essential oil dissolved in it is returned for cohobation, at that elimination of solvent from miscella is realized in the same apparatus with Clevenger head. |
