PURPOSE: A low voltage in-plane heating seat manufacturing method and a manufactured in-plane heating seat using thereof are provided to use a film in which a carbon nano tube is printed with gravure as a heating part, thereby providing uniform heating effect on the whole surface of a seat and efficiently generating the surface heating in a low voltage of 6 to 24 volts. CONSTITUTION: A bonding layer(120) for both sides of heating layer adhesion is formed on the upper part of an insulating layer(100). A heating part(130) comprised of a carbon nano tube film is formed in the upper part of a electrode part layer. A coating material(180) is formed on the upper part of a base film(140). A non-woven fabric is formed at a size which is corresponding to a flat surface of a temperature controlling part. |
