CONSTITUTION: A user connects through the communication path of the communication translation person to a service intermediation person. A smart phone requests a member join by transmitting terminal information and personal information(S1). A user is approved based on the information. The service open of the target member is informed to the communications translation person(S2). A user stores access time through a communication path(S3). |
