ANTI-FOGGING FILM USING FOR AGRICULTURE AND PROCESS OF PRODUCING THEREOF

PURPOSE: An agricultural antifogging film and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve the light transmittivity by enhancing the antifogging property. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of an agricultural antifogging film comprises the following steps: weaving a middle layer using a flat yarn formed with a high density polyethylene resin as a weft and a warp; producing a surface resin-layer on one surface of the middle layer by fusing a low density polyethylene master batch containing 92~95wt% of low density polyethylene resin and 5~8wt% of UV blocking agent; and producing a back resin-layer on the other surface of the middle layer by fusing an antifogging low density polyethylene master batch containing 73~84.5wt% of low density polyethylene resin, 10~15wt% of antifogging surfactant for the high temperature, 5~10wt% of antifogging surfactant for the low temperature, and 0.5~2wt% of nano-photocatalyst.
