PURPOSE: A middle corridor type staggered wall system for a variable plane design is provided to improve construction performance by simplifying the frame of a wall. CONSTITUTION: A middle corridor type staggered wall system for a variable plane design comprises bearing wall posts(10), slabs(20), bearing walls, staggered bearing walls(40), and inner reinforcing beams. The bearing wall posts are arranged in multiple rows. The slabs are integrated in the bearing wall posts. The bearing walls connect the bearing wall posts located at the first and second rows and connect the bearing wall posts located at the third and fourth rows. The staggered bearing walls are alternately arranged. The inner reinforcing beams are integrated in the bearing wall columns and the slabs and connect the bearing wall posts located at the second and third rows.
