PURPOSE: A producing method of a multilayer film is provided to use two different kinds of resins with the different polarity to obtain the film by one hardening process. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of a multilayer film comprises the following steps: preparing a first resin(11), a second resin(12) having the different polarity with the first resin, an initiator(13), and a surfactant(14), and mixing the prepared materials to obtain a film undiluted solution; spreading the undiluted solution on a supporting plate(30); drying the coated undiluted solution for volatilizing the surfactant to phase separate the first and second resin; and irradiating the electromagnetic radiation to the initiator for hardening the resins.
