PURPOSE: A method of connecting flow-path of a pump tubing and tines assembly, and tines assembly and a hair coloring device using the same are provided to minimize the volume of painting which is disposed by closing and opening a flow-path of tines assembly. CONSTITUTION: A tines assembly and a hair coloring device are comprised of a painting vessel(550), a tine teeth(151), and a tine assembly holder. Painting is flowed down from the painting vessel and is flowed into the tine assembly. The tine assembly is fitted to the tine assembly holder to form the flow path of the tine assembly.
