摘要

A simulation method for aseptic inflammation of vagina mucous coat by means of vagina manipulation of animal trial with a silver nitrate solution consists in performing manipulation entering a silver nitrate solution-tampon with is exposition. The effect of assessment of tested means on pathogenic mechanism is performed in the entire general area and scores by signs of state of vagina mucous coat: dropsy, hyperaemia, hemorrhage.
