The functional component it contains is a mixture of water-soluble sodium or calcium salts of products of polycondensation of phenol production wastes on the basis of cumilphenol and dimers of -methylsterol in the mixture with the same salts of products of naphthalene and formaldehyde polycondensation, or in the mixture with the same salts of products of polycondensation of melamine and formaldehyde, or in the mixture with water-soluble esters of poly-carbon-chain polymers with number of functional links in a molecular chain equal to 18-36 or their double or triple mixtures in any ratios. The modifier is selected from a group, which includes a mixture of water-soluble salts of alkaline and alkali-earth metals of polyacrilic acids, technical lignosulfonate, sodium or calcium formate, water-soluble acetates of alkaline and alkali-earth metals, saponified wood tar, air-entraining neutralised resin, a water-repellent agent on the basis of silicon-organic compounds, a foaming agent, synthetic or on a protein base, their double or triple mixtures. ^ EFFECT: using a complex additive makes it possible to produce high-technology ecologically clean concrete mixtures and concretes, with no high-toxic chemical components in its composition, which are related to the first and second class of hazard. ^ 3 tbl |
