PURPOSE: A concrete ballast rail employing an anti-vibration rail fastener base having an improved structure is provided to prevent breakage or endurance reduction caused by noise, vibration and impact resulting from a gap or clearance. CONSTITUTION: A concrete ballast rail comprises an anti-vibration rail fastener base(20) which is buried in concrete ballast as being flush with the surface of the concrete ballast. The anti-vibration fastener base has a greater area than the bottom plate of a rail fastener for a concrete ballast rail. The anti-vibration fastener base comprises a protrusion on top which surrounds the edges of the bottom plate of the rail fastener and a buried supporting part(22) on bottom.
