PURPOSE: A portable terminal including a switch button in the inside of a portable terminal is provided to embody improved secret function between a body of portable terminal and a key button by including a sealing member of dual sealing structure. CONSTITUTION: A terminal body includes a switch(160) in the inside. A button hole(140) includes a first and a second of penetration hole through the inner side direction of the terminal body. A key button(124) is installed on a button hole. The key button operates the switch with a pressing operation. A main body unit includes a sealing member of elastic material sealing between the key button and a button hole.
