PURPOSE: A rail fastening device is provided to effectively increase the thickness of a rail pad which supports a rail and accordingly improve the buffering and noise absorbing effects. CONSTITUTION: A rail fastening device comprises coil spring clips(20,20') and shoulders(10,10'). The coil spring clips comprise a seating part(22) which is bent by being extended from a side of a horizontal insertion part(21) and a rail pressing part(23) which is bent by being extended from the seating part. The shoulders comprise an insertion hole(11) in which the insertion part of the coil spring clip is connected and a seat surface(12) in which the seating part of the coil spring clip is placed.
