FIELD: oil and gas industry. ^ SUBSTANCE: bladed calibrator includes hollow housing the outer surface of which is reinforced with rock cutting elements and provided with scrubbing slots. Peculiar feature of calibrator is that scrubbing slots in longitudinal section are made in the form of part of laval nozzle with staged operating surface; at that, length of slot stages increases towards the movement of scrubbing agent. At that, staged part of nozzle is made in the form of detachable part and has dovetail shape in its cross section, and housing is provided with slot of mating shape. Sharp edges of stages part of nozzle are made from hard alloy or reinforced with wear-resistant material. ^ EFFECT: higher operating efficiency of bladed calibrator owing to slurry grinding and increasing the removal speed of broken slurry in zone of its scrubbing system. ^ 5 cl, 4 dwg |
