The method involves continuously weighing instantaneous weight of aggregates discharged in a reserve hopper (20), and calculating flow rate of the aggregates at the level of the hopper. Curves of the aggregates are determined and recorded during transient states. Curves of the flow rate of bitumen or hydrocarbon binders during transient states are determined by proportional transformation of the flow rate curves of the aggregates for defining parameters of the flow rate of the bitumen and the binders to be injected based on total flow rate of the aggregate circulating in a drum (25).
