METHOD FOR DETERMINATION OF ACYLALANINES CLASS FUNGICIDES IN AIR

摘要

Method for determination of acylalanines class fungicides in air includes preparation of air samples for extraction, implementation of extraction, concentration and chromatographic study itself. One carries out simultaneous chromatographic study of benalaxyl-M and valiphenal in thin layer of silicazol on plates “Sorbfil” in mix hexane-acetone (4+1, vol.+vol.) for strict separation of peaks of substances (benalaxyl-M and valiphenal) that are in one sample. After having obtained chromatograms one studies the peaks of each substance with identification by tome of keeping and determines amount of those by area of peaks.
