A method for complex treatment of operable colon cancer, where combined neoadjuvant chemotherapy and radiation therapy is used as a neoadjuvant chemoradiotherapy. Then operative surgical treatment is performed. At the same time a drug "5-fluorouracil" is prescribed. As a combined radiotherapy the remote gamma-irradiation therapy is prescribed.
