A method for evaluating the effectiveness of treatment with clintiazem of patients with ischemia with angina pectoris and arterial hypertension with diastolic dysfunction of the left ventricle of "hypertrophic" type comprises the comparison of patients before and after treatment. Before treatment, the Doppler echocardiography is performed to the patient at rest and the transmitral blood flow is determined by first measuring the vrate of early diastolic filling, then, after treatment with clintiazem, similar study is performed, in this case, if the rate of early diastolic left ventricular filling is increased by 10.2% or more relative to the rate before treatment, a result of hemodynamic and antianginal effect is estimated as positive one. |
