PIXEL CIRCUIT FOR X-RAY DETECTOR

PURPOSE: A pixel circuit of X-ray detector is provided to improve image quality of an X-ray detection image and to prevent thin film transistor damage by charging pixel power in X-ray detection apparatus. CONSTITUTION: An electric charging unit(105) charges an electric charge corresponding to intensity of an X-ray. A switching unit(107) is switched according to a data line transmission result. An over charge prevention unit(109) prevents overcharge when charge quantity is higher than predetermined charge quantity. The over charge prevention unit prevents from the charge quantity more than predetermined charged in an electric charging section. The over charge prevention unit is a thin film transistor connected to a gate of the electric charging section.
