PURPOSE: A chestnut peeling apparatus is provided to use the steam pressure inside a sealed space for peeling the rind of chestnut, and to reduce the installation cost of the apparatus. CONSTITUTION: A chestnut peeling apparatus includes a supporting unit, a receiving unit, a sealing unit, an ascending and descending cylinder, and a steam supplying pipe. The supporting unit(10) is installed on the ground. The receiving unit(20) is mounted on the upper side of the supporting unit, and includes an net body(21) in the inside. The sealing unit seals the outside of the receiving unit. The ascending and descending cylinder(40) ascends and descends the sealing unit. The steam supplying pipe(50) is connected to the inside of the sealing unit, and supplies hot steam into the sealing unit. |
