PURPOSE: A spring onion cutting apparatus is provided to minimize the impact on spring onion during a cutting process by installing a cutting blade in a hinge type. CONSTITUTION: A spring onion cutting apparatus includes an inner case, upper and lower conveyors, an elastic supporter, upper and lower pulley, an outer case, a cutting device unit, a controller, and an idle roller. The inner case(10) includes a slot hole and an axis installation hole on the upper and lower sides. The upper and lower conveyors(30,40) include a roller shaft penetrating the upper conveyor. A roller for installing the lower conveyor is formed on the axis installation hole. The elastic supporter(15a) elastically pressurizes the roller shaft. The upper and lower pulley(33,42) is installed on the upper and lower sides of the roller shaft. |
