PURPOSE: Rice-cake type ribs with small octopus, and a producing method thereof are provided to offer essential amino acid of the small octopus to the ribs by mixing pork and the small octopus. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of rice-cake type ribs with small octopus comprises the following steps: grinding pork, and finely cutting the small octopus; mixing the ground pork, the cut small octopus, a bonding agent, and seasonings; low temperature aging the mixture; and molding the mixture into a plate shape, and roasting the mixture. The seasonings include garlic, lemon juice, ginger juice, black pepper powder, sesame seed oil, starch syrup, and salt. The bonding agent is flour. |
