PURPOSE: A light guide film manufacturing method is provided to effectively prevent the generation of the hot spot by equipping the thin light guide film with the inclined portion having accurate patterns without a curve restraint effect. CONSTITUTION: A light guide film manufacturing method comprises the following steps. The resin(140) for forming an inclined portion(160) is inserted in the pattern groove(115) of the first pattern roller(110). As the first pattern roller revolves, the declined part formative resin inserted in the pattern groove is attached to the single-side of the flexible light guide film(100). The declined part is formed. The declined part is hardened by using a hardening device(150).
