FIELD: machine building. ^ SUBSTANCE: internal layer and power casing are laid on mandrel. At heat treatment there is generated contact pressure through sawing blocks in laid layers. Cloth insertions are laid on the internal layer in angles of the pipe. The power casing is wound with thermo-contracting material, while the sawing blocks are set at a facet of the pipe over thermo-contracting material and they are wound with the second layer of the thermo-contracting material. The polyhedral pipe has an internal layer and power casing; also, the pipe is equipped with insertions in form of an angle bar located in angles of the pipe between the internal layer and power casing along whole length of the pipe. ^ EFFECT: fabrication of box pipes of multi-angle cross section of raised processability and increased reliability of operation. ^ 2 cl, 6 dwg
