PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a memory form pillow to which loess powder is added is provided to eliminate moisture by good air permeability to prevent the loess powder from being hardened at a low temperature, thereby shortening ripening time. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a memory form pillow to which loess powder is added comprises the following steps. The size of the particle of loess powder gets small. Polyol is mixed with the fine loess powder at 20-30% weight ratio. The mixture is mixed with isocyanate at room temperature to form urethane. The urethane is ripened for 14~20 hours. |
