PURPOSE: A method for preparing contact lens-shaped amniotic dressing is provided to be used for the treatment of eyeball surface disease without sewing or an adhesive material. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing contact lens-shaped amniotic dressing comprises: a step of putting an amniotic membrane on a convex part of a mold; a step of inserting a ring into the side of a cylinder from the convex part; a step of cross linking the amniotic membrane; and a step of obtaining an amniotic membrane of a lens shape by cutting the amniotic membrane placed on a border of the convex part of the mold and a cylinder.
