PURPOSE: A nonwoven waterproof sheet structure and a method for paving a shotcrete surface using the same are provided to improve tensile strength and tearing strength by securely coupling a nonwoven fabric on the front surface of a waterproof sheet. CONSTITUTION: A nonwoven waterproof sheet structure is composed of a nonwoven fabric(110) having fiber yarns(112), and a waterproof sheet(120). The surface of the waterproof sheet, manufactured at the temperature of 100~135 degrees, is fused. The nonwoven fabric is integrally formed on the surface of the waterproof sheet through a pressing roller. A joint unit and a buffer unit are formed in both ends of the waterproof sheet. The joint unit and the buffer unit are thicker than the waterproof sheet.
