摘要 FIELD: chemistry. ^ SUBSTANCE: method involves dissolving an analysed sample in 0.1 M KOH solution, holding on a water bath while stirring at temperature 50-60C until complete dissolution, bringing the volume of the solution to the mark using the same solvent; subsequent treatment of the aliquot part of the obtained solution with 0.1 M KOH solution, 5% alkaline solution of a chemical as a reducing agent and 3% alkaline solution of sodium nitroprusside in the presence of a universal buffer solution with pH 10.
