FIELD: engines and pumps. ^ SUBSTANCE: proposed compressor comprises housing to accommodate stator, rotor with impeller made up of one-part components including sections of cover and main disks, parts of vanes aligned along cylindrical surfaces on their joint. Note here that material of every next section of impeller in direction from center to periphery features higher coefficient of elasticity compared with previous section, while cylindrical surface of joint is increased by annular ledges made on said next and previous sections. Note also that annular grooves are made on annular ledges of nest sections to accommodate retaining rings from composite material with coefficient of elasticity higher than that of impeller components. ^ EFFECT: higher reliability and longer life. ^ 3 dwg |
