PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a filament-reinforced thermoplastic resin linearly formed material that gives molded articles having excellent mechanical strength such as high rigidity or high impact strength, particularly when they are subjected to the press molding. SOLUTION: The filament-reinforced thermoplastic resin linearly formed material comprises thermoplastic resin composed of (A) 50 to 99 pts.mass of polyolefin resin and (B) 1 to 50 pts.mass of polyamide resin and reinforcing fiber. The thermoplastic resin includes (A) 50 to 99 pts.mass of polyolefin resin and (B) 1 to 50 pts.mass of polyamide resin and has MFR (230°C, 21.2 N) of 70 to 200 g/10 min and the reinforcing fiber is included in an amount of 65 to 80 pts.mass per 100 pts.mass of the filament-reinforced thermoplastic resin formed material.
